The Comptroller of Public Accounts proposes amendment to §3.102, concerning applications, definitions, permits, and reports. The comptroller amends this section to address age requirements for obtaining a cigarette permit.
The comptroller amends subsection (h)(4) related to how service providers determine local tax for mobile telecommunication services by adding language to conform to Tax Code, §151.061. Telecommunications local tax determination issues are not within the scope of this firm, so no comment.
